Our 30-Day Path (The Journey Ahead)

Here is the map of the journey we will take together. Our 30 days are broken into four distinct weeks, guiding you gently from a place of heavy grief to a new phase of healing, connection, and purposeful living.

Each day, you will receive a short Insight (the 'theory,' in easy language) and a simple, powerful Action (the 'practice,' which you can do in just a few minutes).

  • Week 1: Grounding in Love (Days 1-7)

    • Goal: To gently stabilize your energy and create a safe space for healing. We will move from the chaotic frequency of raw grief to the stable, foundational frequency of love. We will also introduce the crucial concepts of "Entanglement" and "Moksha" (spiritual freedom).

  • Week 2: The Energetic Bridge (Days 8-14)

    • Goal: To learn the language of spirit. You'll discover how your loved ones communicate. We will demystify frequencies, signs (like feathers, coins, butterflies), synchronicities ("perfect coincidences"), and how to tell the difference between your own thoughts and a true connection.

  • Week 3: The Practice of Healing (Days 15-21)

    • Goal: To do the active work of release. This is where we dive deep into Forgiveness (of them, and yourself) and Gratitude. You will learn the most loving act of all: how to support your loved one's soul journey and help them synchronize with the Source, freeing both of you.

  • Week 4: The Butterfly Phase (Days 22-30)

    • Goal: To integrate this new relationship into a new life. This is your "Butterfly Phase." We will shift from grieving them to embodying their love. You'll learn how to live in alignment with Source, carry their legacy forward, and transform your pain into purpose.

It all starts tomorrow, with Day 1. For today, your only task is complete: you showed up. Be proud of that. I'll see you tomorrow.
